Panama Enterprises manufactures each windsock individually and with specific attention to detail. We take pride in durable features such as superior fabrics, double seams for long life, grommets and hog rings as attachments to provide positive grounding, and consistent sizing to ensure replacement windsocks will always fit your existing frame. We offer fluorescent orange, fluorescent yellow, bright green and Canada red in polyester.

There is an industry misconception that cotton is the only acceptable fabric in hazardous applications to prevent static build-up, when in fact any fabric could spark when in motion. We solve this by providing the most sun and weather resistant fabric (polyester) and pair it with our grounded metal frames. Only this combination, when installed on your existing grounded pole or building, will ensure a positively grounded safety device to reduce or eliminate static and sparking.

Each windsock is designed in the proper truncated (cone) shape as indicated by Transport Canada – the diameter being 1/3 the length of the windsock.

Windsock colours are a personal choice, as previous colour requirements for specific applications have not been in effect in Alberta for over 10 years. For companies that choose to continue to follow these former colour requirements, we offer all the colour choices in all of our sock sizes corresponding to our frame diameters.
